About the pic: I like the way it came out. Was tough to draw, since i didn't really have lots of reference pics to go by. I'm not a huge fan of "over the head" restraints, but the commissioner is always right. Unless i choose not to do the commission. In which case they couldn't be more wrong.
Either way, i hope the approves.
And i hope some of you like it as well!
